Apparently the service dog was an issue to warrant a call to corporate. Might be a good idea to train your employees to the ADA of 1990 and not be so rude to people with disabilities

I went in for an Amazon return with my service dog (I have an incurable cancer) and was immediately stopped and questioned. Youre not allowed to ask for papers. The lady was extremely rude. I asked for help because I did the return wrong and have never done it for. She shrugged at me and continued sweeping. She had a bad attitude and was useless when asked for help. Also if no animals are allowed in the store put a sign up. There isnt one as I looked. But dont question the visibly sick person with the service dog. After she asked and I said yes the huff and eye roll were extremely inappropriate and uncalled for. I will go out of the way to go to a UPS store. Sad because this is right next to my house. Id rather avoid than be treated that way over something that takes 45 seconds to do.
