The UPS Store

I had such a great experience at this place! The location is very convenient, located within the Hilton hotel just steps from the blue line train and terminals. The employee working there was sooo nice, she was very kind, professional and worked really hard to make sure that my documents were printed perfectly. I see that other reviews are complaining about costs, I thought that costs were reasonable considering the location, convenience and quality of service. I will definitely come back to this location if I need printing or copying services in the area.

The asian lady at the store was extremely rude. I went there for an Amazon return as the other UPS stores around were closed on a Sunday. Apart from the unfriendly staff there are a couple of other reasons to not visit this place. (1) This UPS store is inside a hotel and there is no free parking around. I had to spend $20 for valet parking even though I was in and out in ~5 mins. (2) They charge you extra service fee. In my case for the amazon return I was not required to pay anything to UPS, however after getting there I was told that I had to pay an extra $5 for them to process my amazon return since this was not a regular UPS store. Surprisingly they did not inform me of that when I had called them up before visiting.

My advice: try to avoid this location as much as possible!!! They charge a lot extra just because of their airport location. My package cost to send was $5.50 but they said I have to pay extra $10 for the location.
