        The store has poor customer service and looses packages and the owner David Bender refuses to be accountable to his customers .

        I took two Comcast boxes to the 35th King Dr. Chicago location and I was told by a female staff that theyre not accepting anymore Comcast boxes because they have too many back there and that Comcast isnt picking them up. I asked if she could add two more to it and I was told no that I would have to go to another UPS. This was a major inconvenience for me considering they have a contract/agreement with Comcast that they are refusing to honor. Upon leaving I called Comcast and I was told that they dont believe that their cable boxes are not being picked up at the UPS location but thats a different review.
