This is the closest location to me and every time I go I just have a bad feeling. The lady that works there is very rude. I was behind the people she was attending and I felt bad for them they were Mexican spanish speaking and the lady was so rude to them she wouldn’t go into detail and just expected them know everything and would get loud. They need to hire bilingual workers that actually want to do their job in a professional respectful manner.

🥇Ms David, Michelle & Pam Are Both Kindhearted & Have Lots Of Patience. I’ve Been A Customer There For Years & Both ALWAYS Treat Me The Way They’d Want Their Own Grandmother To Be Treated So I Sincerely Appreciate Them. I’m A Disabled Grandmother Who’s Very Slow At Times But They’ll Still Have Genuine Integrity, Ethics, Compassion, Patience & Are Always Accommodating. 🌞I Surely Wish That Carol Still Worked There Too Because They’re The ONLY THREE Clerks That Aren’t Rude, Bitter Or Condescending. They’ll Respect The Costumers,They Have Awesome Positive Energy, Positive Personalities & They’ll ALWAYS Try To Be Understanding Of The Costumer’s Situation 1st & Foremost!💫

This is one of my go to Post Office. The service can be a hit or miss. I've had excellent service and I've had bad service. I don't blame them, I don't know what type of customers they deal on daily. Sometimes it's not warranted though. Just try to get in and out

***(long post, please read)*** When working at USPS as a front clerk and/or passport official, you represent USPS and are in the business of providing a service which entails positive customer service. Well let me tell you, this location, (my local post office for 20+ years), has never gotten it right when it comes to customer service and a professional demeanor. The passport official and supervisor on the clock today, 7/29/21 were extremely rude and disregarding of any simple questions I had when it came to my passport application. I went in at 12:00 pm, (my appointment time), and I could already tell by the Clerks body language and verbal communication that she was not happy to be doing her job, she was rude, dismissive, and interruptive. I felt like I was a bother to her, which no customer should feel like, that is unacceptable. When asking simple questions about passport pictures, (about denied passport pictures), the passport official became super defensive and wouldn't even let me speak, giving me attitude and insinuating that I should just leave by asking, "are you going to send this in or not, because I have other people to see". Mind you, I was only in front of them for less than 5 minutes. Speaking with the supervisor is a joke, as she was right next to her and completely backed up her attitude stricken, and rude employee. I couldn't believe it. I was VERY sarcastically told to "have a nice day". Needless to say, I opted to leave and go somewhere else to do my passport application, (which takes up more of my time). I will be calling in a formal complaint and cancelling my PO Box services at this location. I'll close with this, (as someone who has plenty of customer service experience), If you don't like your job, DON'T work there; and if your having a bad day, don't come in, but you never, and I mean NEVER take it out on the customer, you leave all negativity at the door when you clock in.
