USPS Lincoln Park Annex

if i could give zero stars i would!!! the woman working here refused to scan my usps package to give me receipt and gave me the most horrible attitude for no reason, for literally asking her do the job shes hired for!!! why do we even pay taxes to have services that workers dont want to do regardless having a good salary and benefits!!!just horrible!

I mailed a letter 2weeks ago on willow and halsted mailbox... The person I mailed to is in Oxford Mississippi and they have not received it yet it's going on a 3rd week it usually doesn't take this long when I use this mailbox... it's always a 4day delivery time frame

Stood at the front desk for 20 minutes. Rang the service bell multiple times and was met with a wait a minute from the back. Nobody ever came.

The absolute worst post office location in the world. They lost my package and I have the security footage to prove it, and yet they won't assist me. When I filed a claim they gave me a call and told me to call back at their number; I have called 4 separate times and each time I got hung up on without even the option to leave a voicemail.
