        When you call you can't talk to a live person. The message says all staff are notary certified. This is false. If you could get someone on the phone then maybe you could get some help. But showed up because the recording says you can but it's a waste of a trip.

        Amazon messed up and duplicated the QR code for multiple shipments, but the guy working at UPS was extremely helpful.

        Ive been into this store only a few times, but each time Ive gotten in and out quickly and without a problem. The staff there is great! Quick and efficient. Most recently, Atari, the employee who assisted me, she was so wonderful and helpful. She assisted me with printing labels and finding old thrown out boxes that I could use to complete my returns. She definitely saved me a second trip to the store and a lot of hassle. She is definitely a lovely woman. Thank you so much to Atari! Great customer service and I hope she and everyone reads this. I told her Id write a review and Im sticking to my word. -Matt
