Alex and Erin were incredible. They were very patient, friendly and helpful. I had a few more questions the next day and went back. Alex was there, he remembered me and was just as helpful as the day before. Great experience!

Slow service. There is only one person at the store in the morning, and I have been sitting here without any service for 20 mins. Staff didnt even acknowledge I was there. Im just watching the staff work with a customer, she doesnt seem to know what she is doing. 25 mins still no service. Just walking out of the store now Edited Jan 2020. Updated to 3 stars. Went back there to work through some issues when I moved my corporate phone to a personal one. There was still only one person there managing everything, I just got lucky that there wasnt anyone else. The service was good, it was a different person than my last visit.
