Wow what a great place to get a great deal. Staff is welcoming, and very educated. Broke down the pricing and helped pick out a great phone! Not to mention they have great internet and tv packages!!! Highly recommend it

This was originally a 1 star review. I had multiple issues with the old store manager Jennie over the past few months. I called in today and there’s a new manager named Hunter who was extremely helpful.

I went to get an extra sim for one that was damaged for a phone number on my account and the representative told me I couldnt (even though I am the owner!!). I then asked her if i could add an authorized user to which again she told me I couldnt and to call customer service. Anyone that has called ATT customer service knows how big of a pain this is. I then requested to speak to a supervisor, to which she said isnt there but she would call them. Once i spoke to the supervisor, she told me to add an authorized user and that the person on my plan could personally get the extra sim. I explained to her that the rep wouldnt help me with that either. Long story short, the sup was able to assist me when the rep refused to. Heres a piece of advice for this location, hire people that actually want to work and assist customers instead of giving them a hard time.
