        My mom and I have been costumers of Sprint (now T-Mobile) for almost 10 years. To be honest, I don’t really know why we stayed with them as we had consistently had poor costumer service and coverage under Sprint. Our plan was to leave but we decided to give T-mobile a shot and I’m so glad we found the team, especially Franco, at this location. Their genuine care and interest in helping you is apparent. They made what we thought was going to be a dreadful experience into one where neither my mom or I walked out with massive headaches and having no problems solved. THIS is the store you’ve been looking for! Thank you again!

        I went in this afternoon to transfer all my pics onto a card so that I could free up needed space on my phone for needed apps. Josh sold me the card, and then opened it up on the spot, installed it, transferred all data, and explained all I needed to know as we went along. A great experience made possible by a super conscientous and way friendly guy. Thanks Josh! Next time I need an update or new phone, you're the guy I'm coming to!
