To make matters worse, when my husband called the store to discuss a price discrepancy ($0 replacement vs $54.02 charged), the customer service rep (Peter) replied, "Just go to Facebook Marketplace and buy a phone for $50."
This is far from the service I expect. Verizon, you can do better.
