Went in to fix my iphone 7. Service was quick (only an hour) and pretty cheap, only $80 (usually at least $110 in other places). Wish I paid the extra amount somewhere else.. Employee mentioned that if I have any problems I could come back because there is a 1 year guarantee. When he mentioned this to me I became skeptic about the quality of the replacement screen and asked "are you sure its fine? I can pay more if you need me to, I just want to make sure it is okay." He assured me it was. When I took a closer look I noticed that the screen was not on properly. It was off a bit on the left, showing the lights on the side. I ignored it. I should have mentioned it to him. All throughout the week I was having screen problems, and my phone was having difficulty reading my touch movements. It is now 5 days later and my phone's screen does not work at all. It cannot read any of my touch movements. My phone still works, but only with Siri. I have to ask her to do everything for me because I can't do anything. I'm thinking of taking it back to him but I'm debating the point because it will most likely only be a temporary fix which will require him to look at it again and again and again. Better off going to the Apple Store and paying more to have a professional do it once and right rather than wasting my time and putting my phone at risk of potential damage when being repaired. Maybe his service works for other phones, but not the iphone 7.

Dnt get screens fix here garbage same day didn't work and faded then told then order me iPhone screen I'll pay difference they agreed we made a deal too do on my day off i drive 45mn away for them too tell me they didn't have why not text me too let me know not in save me trip obviously no refund cuz it's a screen I dnt give back they make easy quick $75 bucks I'll take the lost but they lost customer ....point blank scammers

When in today for a iPhone repair. I had a cracked screen and black screen. The gentlemen working fixed it in 20min and it was way cheaper than what I expected.
