      image Return process was horrific. Avis error by not closing my rental resulted in me spending several hours on the phone with national reservations and trying to sort out their mistake.

      image The only agent at the AVIS desk was friendly and patient. All the rental car desks were at the 1st floor of the airport.
      The flight was delayed and arrived at around 2 am. Not too many choices for us; the rental car we got was the sedan, and the interior space was quite small for 3 people and the ski gears. One good thing was that the car looked very clean and the mileage was low.
