        Everything went smoothly and shuttle to take back to airport was quick. They were out of the size car we rented so gave us an upgrade for free! Would recommend Alamo at Honolulu airport!

        This was one of the best rental car experiences I've ever had. The shuttle bus arrived at the airport where it was supposed to. The wait for it wasn't too long. The line at the rental care place was short. The gentleman behind the counter was super friendly and welcoming. Filling out the final paperwork was fast and simple. Our car had some minor dings, but after driving in HI for a week, I completely understand why. The drop off process was just as simple and easy as the pick up process. So happy with the experience from start to finish!
