        Great value and they were very accommodating when we needed to unexpectedly extend our rental. Communication was top notch from start to finish and the pick up process was smooth.

        Mainly chose this place because of the low price. It took about 5 minutes to walk to the pick-up terminal at the airport. Then, after calling them, It took another 17 minutes for them to arrive. The drive over to their facility took another 10 minutes. We rented a small SUV. It was about 5 years old, a little beaten. The drivers side mirror was flopping all around every time we hit a bump, which there are a lot of in Hawaii. :) We reported it when we returned the vehicle. Hopefully, they fixed it. The staff was very nice. If you have time for the extra 30 -45 minutes and want to save a couple hundred dollars vs. Direct pickup at the airport. I would recommend Lucky Owl.
