I always use it when I come to Hawaii. It's good that a Japanese person will be at the reception desk, so it's easy to understand and ask questions about anything you don't understand. The traffic in Waikiki is terrible, so if you don't leave in plenty of time, you won't be able to make it back in time. I think they used to be open a little later. I'm also happy to be able to use the affiliated parking lot at a low price

When I came to the store, all the staff could speak Japanese, so I was able to rent with confidence. The car was a beautiful older model and I enjoyed a comfortable drive.

I was surprised that there is a cancellation fee for 1 month in advance. Although the website stated that it was possible to pay for gasoline at the store, there was no such explanation on the day, and the only option was to return the car with a full tank, as shown in the photo. I should have asked, but the male staff member who was in charge that day seemed a little scary, so I couldn't ask anything. Although there was no mention in the advance email that the passport of an additional driver other than the contracted driver was required on the day, I was surprised when I was asked to present it on the day. When I returned it, I checked the outside for any damage and ended up saying, ``Oh, that's it.'' Speaking of smooth, it was very smooth. .
