        My experience with National car Rental is great. But The National Car rental in Hawaii experience is just ok. I recently had to return 2 rentals for scheduled maintenance. I was offered a free upgrade the next time when I came back to rent another car. Unfortunately they have not honored the free upgrade and I have been back 2 different times. Other then that the customer service there is good.
