      image Got there, paid in advance with my Apple Card. They said they couldnt access my reservation since the physical card has a different number vs the digital card for the online prepayment. Only way to fix it is to call customer service. 15 minutes of hold later, it was fixed. Then they didnt have any of the model 3s that I specifically had reserved, so they gave me a Mercedes EV instead. Asked why they didnt have the Tesla, guy said I could give you any number of excuses but we just dont have one. Didnt offer an explanation or anything. Then we got to the gate where they asked us for a rental paperwork, which the guy took and didnt give back to us, so we couldnt even leave until that was dealt with. Definitely will not be using this company again

      image My mid-sized car ended up being a trashy 2019 Kia Soul that was not clean. Luckily we just had it for a few hours.
