Avis Car Rental

Customer service is horrible. When I am spending $160/day to rent a car, I expect people to be welcoming, attentive and polite. If they can't do that they are in the wrong business. This is the abc of working in hospitality.

Absolutely incredible service! The gentleman couldnt have done more to make booking and use of car any easier! Nothing was too much trouble and we have loved using the jeep around the island. So glad we used Avis budget over other options. Thanks so much

Good car. We were a couple of hours late picking it up but it was ready for us when we got there. Problem was when we returned 10 minutes late and no one was there. The instructions given for late arrival were to fill out the rental form (mileage, fuel, etc) and drop the form in the after hours basket. There was no basket! 1-800 calls for help were not useful. Finally took a chance and left the car keys and papers in an unlocked top desk drawer. Pretty sketchy way of doing business.
