Horrible customer service here. Did not hold my reservation. Stay away. Ive rented for years and multiple times each year from Budget. now Im reconsidering ever going to a budget again due to this location and how customer service handled it horribly.

Had a planned Disney trip and payed far in advance on a van. Had to wait on the vehicle/van to arrive from another rental center. The van was filled with pet hair even after so called cleaning. I was told it needed a deep cleaning and they didnt provide that service there and didnt have another van available. Lastly the tank was not full of gas even though it was noted as such, Budget insisted I pay, until we discovered when they drove the vehicle from the other facility it was never topped off simply because the receiving center dont have gas pumps. I spent too much time waiting and correcting errors. However, Jennifer the supervisor offered a $40.00 credit in which I only got $20.00 and had to again spend time with customer service to get the other $20.00. Im sooo proud that everyone was still cordial in getting the situation worked out

Truck was not available when I arrived, the closest location was an hour away and I was expected to go to the location to pick up if I wanted the truck. It was too late in the day to pick up but they didnt seem to care and didnt try to accommodate something for the next morning.The company never called to let me know it wasnt going to be available. They told me to call customer service. They had to place a message and would get back to me in 15min to 2 hours. Never heard from them. Unprofessional business, very disappointed and had to make other arrangements with 2 trips in my own vehicle.
