Budget Car and Truck Rental

This has been the worst experience Ive ever had when it comes to renting a vehicle. I have been renting a vehicle for 3 months due to my vehicle being in an accident. This location was rude. They make up policies as they see fit. Overcharged me anything horrible you can think of I probably experienced it from this place. I will never be a customer again. They dont even deserve a star.

I prepaid on the budget app with a fast break account just to be told they don't expect my card and I have to make new reservations there and have budget refund my money Very poor customer service.

I give them 2 stars because supposedly they upgraded (without charges) the truck I rented from them. But now that's questionable because the I prepaid a lower price online than what I was charged for after the rental was checked in. Checking out was brutal. Spent an hour just sorting paperwork and customer service was subpar. The rep that helped me throughout check out and check in process was very snooty about how many miles I was planning on driving. Why does it matter? The truck came back in prestine condition. Vacuumed and everything. The purpose to rent a vehicle that's not yours is to use that car. Maybe it's the New Yorker in me but mind your business.
