Budget Car and Truck Rental

This location was rude and was unwilling to work with us. We came in with our reservation at 1:45 and because they couldnt fix what they messed up, and we couldnt fix it on our end he said he couldnt fix it before they close so Id have to go somewhere else because he was leaving at 2. No exceptions. I spent $50 on an Uber to get here and now have to spend more to go somewhere else all because he couldnt stay a few minutes longer and finish fixing his mistakes on my reservation. Would not recommend

LISA is such a rude Human being. She got offended and embarrassed when I called her out for her wrong doing. When I first arrived to pick up my rental I asked permission to use the restroom she refused and said its only for staff only . A customer that came in after me was somehow allowed to use the restroom!! Very rude and disrespectful especially for someone who payed out of pocket for a rental. Budget rental do better hiring

My experience with this company/location was seamless and very pleasant. The two key staff members (Lisa & Gary) that assisted me were so kind and professional The vehicle was clean, fuel efficient and drove smoothly. Ill definitely be choosing this location again. Thank you!

Dont rent from here will steal your money even though you have proof of them stealing and yet nothing is done
