      image This hotel is dismal. Stairwell with graffiti, mold in bathrooms, broken air conditioning, very loud on the street side. If you have family with kids - keep away from here. Its filthy. Layers of chipped paint (ceilings, walls, doors, sidewalks) from so much neglect has to be trouble. Bottles of alcohol litter the sidewalk and the best part of the place is its newer looking signage. Dont be fooled by inflated reviews,
      Rooms: Disgusting, air does not work, bathrooms are poorly maintained - moldy, vanity needs repairs and the sound of trucks all night lure you to - anything but sleep. Horrible place - go anywgere else.

      image The rooms was nice, the service was top notch and the location is great for the price. My only problem is that they charge you $20/day to park in their parking lot. WTH?!? That should be included in the price of the room. Even if it raises the price of the room it would make it more palatable.
      Walkability: Its literally just steps from River Street, Bay Street and Market street. 2 minute walk to Vinnie Van GoGos, the best pizza in Savannah.

      image After so many poor reviews, I cant believe the management seams to have done so little except give out fake apologies. I should have read the reviews prior to booking. With the exception of such good location, this place is a dump. Plus they charged us for parking here on a city wide free parking day. Every Sunday, the only place you will pay to park in Savannah is this dump. Even after we pointed out the city wide free parking, they said we were welcome to park elsewhere. The room smelled funny.

      image This is the WORST hotel Ive ever seen, dirty carpet, cigarret smell,dirty microwave, dirty mirrors, wrinkled sheets I felt totally disgusted about everything!
      Do YOURSELF a favor and DO NOT book this place!
      I know the historic district hotels can be a little salty,but believe me you dont want this Quality INN.
      Pay a bit more, and stay in any hotel close by.

      image There is no shower curtain in the bathroom. It's more of a motel than a hotel. Very loud being on the main road. Staff was friendly enough. It's what we get for going the lowest price
