Would definitely revisit this hotel the next time I'm in Savannah ! The room was as beautiful as the view of main street. Very accommodating staff and dining facilities.

Josh the engineer made my experience. I was lost, and though he was very busy, he took the time to meet my needs. Every business needs a Josh, he made my first time at the Curio absolutely perfect. I can't wait to come back for the stunning ambience and Josh's patient care.

I really want to like this hotel, but do not think I will stay here again. It is a very old building, great location, beautiful updates. The bed was like a rock and so were the king size pillows, so not very comfortable at all. No chair or chaise to sit on. No table for your food or to put your computer. Some strange little plastic sofa to sit on. Bad first impression: I show up, and was told by valet/front desk person to park in the alley way. I drive back there and every parking space is listed as private and towaway. I parked there. As I am dragging my luggage into the building, I run into a young lady who asks me for my keys and tells me she can valet park my car in the garage across the street. I said okay. The two employees obviously don't talk to each other because they didn't seem to know what the other was telling me. I paid for parking as part of the stay. The young man at the desk kept telling me he was an intern. I was not offered an upgrade (and I am a Diamond member) and my room's view was of the roof across the street. The restaurant was closed on a Monday night when I arrived, so had to get Uber eats food delivered. For breakfast the next day, the young lady in the restaurant (who was very sweet and helpful) told me she was an intern as well. Never saw one management person in the two days I was there. I think that the staff could benefit from training and having more seasoned staff if you can find them. When I checked out, I really enjoyed interacting with Zachary, who does seem to be very sharp. The breakfast and lunch I had in the restaurant were good. The glass of sparkling wine at check-in is a nice touch. I have been in Hiltons all over the globe and this one needs some work.

We just concluded a 3-night stay at the Drayton. I generally dont leave reviews. The good: the front desk staff, valets, and housekeeping staff were all wonderful. The room was clean and pretty. We stayed in a suite. It is in a very good location. The lobby was comfortable and cozy. The bad: arriving is tricky. There is an alley to pull up to if you can get in it. We had to figure this out on our own. For the price per night there was not any assistance with luggage. No room service that we could ascertain and the rooftop bar was disappointing. The hours were inconsistent, staff negative, and supplies lacking. Two trips on 2 different days and the same glasses, wine, etc. were not stocked. It closed early as well. The bar downstairs was closed for two of our three nights and short on supplies as well. Just thought I would share. For more than $600 per night including valet fee I thought the amenities would be more prevalent. Coffee in the morning would be nice for sure. We would stay again. Hopefully they can tweak a few things.
