Cambria Hotel Savannah Downtown Historic District

Wonderful place and people! Loved staying here and being so close to everything. Rooms were clean and nice. Walking distance to so many places.

Had a recent trip to Savannah. Staff was incredible. My valet service was beyond reproach. The gentleman at the breakfast counter and his wife the cook were incredible people. Customer Service was phenomenal. Will definitely stay there again. Thank you Rooms: Very roomy, clean and nice Nearby activities: Walking distance to restaurants, lots more to see Noteworthy details: Very friendly and courtesy staff who went out of there way to take care of me. Much appreciated

This was our first time in Savannah. I normally stay at Hilton properties but they were just too expensive in Savannah. I booked the Cambria via AARP. This was our first stay at a Cambria (Choice Hotel Property) so I was a bit nervous not knowing what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised! The hotel was faily new. Hotel was clean and bustling. The service was better than expected and the room was perfect! The room was very clean and daily service (we were there for 4 nights) was timely and throrough. I will say that the valet is $35 a day which is steep. You can self park in the deck across the street for a max of $20/day. it is right across the street and well worth the savings. We didnt keep our truck in the deck all day so we were never charged the full daily amount. Addtionally, downtown is only a 15 min walk away. The area is safe and easy to navigate. I have no complaints at all and will surely stay here next time I am in Savannah!

This is a really great hotel. Its very comfortable, very easy to get to. However, the bar service is not great. We were ignored the entire time, and it wasnt even 9pm. We waited at least 20 minutes to ask for our check. If you stay at this hotel, take advantage of the bars at River Street instead of coming here.

This is the absolute BEST place I have EVER stayed in Savannah. While it is pricier than others, and there is no parking, it was well worth the money. Absolutely gorgeous rooms. If we have the opportunity to stay here again, we definitely will. Short walk (about 3 blocks) to River Street, and centrally located to lots to do and see. Beds are very comfortable, room was spotlessly cleaned, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was provided in shower, 3 decently sized towels already in the room so we didn't have to ask for another. I can not say enough about how great our stay was! Walkability: 3 blocks to River Street. Food & drinks: Restaurant on site.
