        I dont even know what my room experience is yet because my room is still not available. I am now at the pool which is cloudy and gross waiting for my room that was supposed to be available at 3PM. Current time is 3:38. Also, front desk lady is incredibly rude and not at all accommodating.

        The staff was amazing. Food was amazing. Our room had several issues. 515 look at first...We spoke to them about the issues. Only one was addressed. We also were charged more that we were quoted. City tax I guess.

      Please accept our apologies for the check-in delay. It is our goal to be ready for guest arrivals starting at 3 pm. At times, we encounter a delay due to staffing issues in housekeeping, and we do our best to minimize any delays. We will talk to our front desk staff about your experience, and we'll have engineering check on our pool.
