The most perfect location for downtown historic Savannah! We stayed 3 days and didn't use our vehicle at all as we walked everywhere. We used the street parking and tried to pay the daily amount of $24 for 8a-8p parking. You have to pay it first thing in the morning at 8a or will get a $40 ticket. There are parking garages close by within walking distance if you stay longer. It is an older builder and not a hotel, so you can hear the neighbors walking and moving furniture, can't hear the conversations. Very comfy and cozy. We loved our view of Broughton St from our window. Are definitely planning to stay there again!

This was very affordable considering the location. We had our own mini loft for our stay in Savannah. It had a living space with a smart tv, kitchen, one bedroom with plenty of closet space, a full bath, laundry closet and an entire upstairs space. Would come back in a heartbeat.

The apartment sleeps 6,there were 5 of use and only enough seats for 4. There could have been more cooking utensils, pots, pans etc... the beds were very comfortable. Location was great but the street noice was terrible. We never got a good nights sleep. The walls seemed made of paper and the early morning deliveries in the alley under the master BR woke us early every morning. Walkability: Beautiful walkable city Food & drinks: Great choice of any type of dining within walking distance Noteworthy details: To bad it was so noisy!

I stayed in room 205A, shared with my mom on a Friday night. She took the bedroom, I took the fold out. The space looked really cute, but it was nearly impossible to actually sleep on the fold out sofa bed. There is very little if any insulation between units and there is no noise reduction from the street to the room. The lack of a front desk led to zero accountability with guests being quiet late at night. There was one thin blanket for the fold out that wasnt very warm. In the unit the living room curtains dont close all the way in the center so the lights from the street come in even with them closed. If you are there for a party and dont want to sleep until 3am or u have no problem sleeping with a lot of noise and light its probably fine. This room faces the Main Street and it might be a lot better with regard to street noise in a unit facing away, but the drunk 21 year olds screaming about who has pizza at 3am in the hallway would still be an issue.
