        Sadly to say these are not rentable they burned down and not started renovation to my knowledge or it seemed that way by the looks of things.

        I just moved in and I love living here it's clean & quiet for the kids back to school they cater dinner couldn't ask for a better place to live thank you so much. This place is so beautiful I see myself here for many more years to come.

        Absolutely beautiful apartment, amazing staff and definitely resort living! New upgrades include new floors and stainless steel appliances. Just moved in two weeks ago and looking forward being a resident of such a welcoming Columbus GA community!

        Great place to live, have been here at Midtown Park apartments for just under a year and we have had no issues. Great location close to shopping, dining and parks. friendly neighbors and a very mellow place to live. Recent upgrades make living here an enhanced apartment living experience.

        This is a great place to live and if anything needed attention it was handled quickly. We have had a lot of recent upgrades and its nice. The private pool area is a big plus as are the meticulous grounds.. The new management is taking good care of the Midtown Park Apartments
