Heritage Place Apartments

My AC has been broken for 2 months now and no one can tell me when it will be fixed, in the middle of summer. It has effected my sleep tremendously and is very uncomfortable. This is shocking because they continue to raise rent prices but isnt giving me better service, and the apartments are still terrible and old even with renovations. Do not move here, there are many better places in Columbus that are owned and managed by good and competent teams

I am a resident at Hertitage place, and I wanted management to know how good the outside of the apartments look continue the growth. Job well done.

Edit: I was definitely a resident here under the old management in 2021. Apartments were decent for the price but very outdated. But now rent is increasing and the new owners are not keeping up the property. The dumpster stays full and even when empty there is trash around it. The laundry room is unclean. The breezeways are filthy. The pool stays filthy. Overall, not worth the increase. I've seen huge dead rats on the grounds and I had a roach issue in my place when I lived there. This complex has declined over the last 4 years unfortunately.
