Residence at Live Marathon Apartments

If I could give negative stars I would. The leasing agent Tracy illegally added charges to my account that went against my lease. I had to threaten to sue for her to take it off. (Me along with 10 other people in the complex) The units are not up to date as advertised. There is only one maintenance Man and I havent had anything fixed in my unit because he is too busy working on vacant units.it has been a year now only thing he fixed was my ceiling and thats because it was literally raining in my bathroom because of a leak they never fixed in the upstairs unit. It was poorly done and they left my bathroom a mess. Tracy the leasing agent refused to give me her boss contact information and refused to give me a copy of my lease. She is also a liar and have VERY VERY POOR communication skills. You will also not get your security deposit back. The complex was fine until Tracy Jones came into the office. Ask any resident that was there for 3+ years.

Only reason why I gave it two stars was because its cheap and most utilities are included. When I arrived on move in day I was told to arrive a little later than expected because the apartment wasnt ready. No worries. I show up at the time they told me and it still wasnt ready or cleaned. So, the property manager left and went to pick someone up to clean it. We sat outside for a good 3-4 hours before we were able to move in. Upon move in, there are 5-6 nails in each corner of each window, flooring is coming up, there are bugs in the refrigerator, etc. Over the course of my time there my kitchen flooded due to a faulty part in the piping of the sink, the place was INFESTED in german roaches and no matter how many times i asked it took a good 6 months for pest control to come out unexpected one singular time, my bedroom flooded due to someone leaving their sink running, and they had one manager and one maintenance guy running the whole show. They just got new management and I really hope they step it up!

The BBQ was a very nice Thing to do for the residents. Of course management did not have to do anything, but they did, you all deserve a big THANK YOU! Greatly appreciated. The food was good and Plentiful.
