Lived here for just over 4 years, and it was a great experience. Keri is great managing the building and very easy to reach for anything you may need. Maintenance requests are done quickly and the building is kept clean. The location is also as good as it gets in Columbus. It may be a little pricier than other places, especially those farther from the downtown area, but the luxury of the apartments, the amenities, and the location are well worth it.

I fell in love with The Rapids years ago, when they had first built it. Prior to that, living here a decade ago, this was a vacant lot. Columbus has grown considerably in the last few years. With many towns across America becoming ghost towns, Columbus is a vibrant, hidden jewel! From restaurants to specialty shops, to the amazing river walk, you won't ever find something to do. And! All on foot! The move in staff, particularly Keri, are extremely helpful. Any time I needed to see the apartment, she absolutely would let me in within a few hours of calling. The apartments themselves are amazingly quiet, even with a bridge full of traffic near by. I could not hear it with the balcony door closed. The building is clean and secure with MANY amenities' on hand - Gym, pool, Internet cafe, billiards, BBQ area to name a few. Do yourself a favor from someone who has spent a year here in "Luxury apartments" (They are not) Rent yourself a home here, even if you have to pay a little more. The best apartments in Columbus! You won't be disappointed.

Best & safest place in town. If you have a nice car, this is the only place you can have it secured in a parking garage; shoutout to Keri, the leasing agent, shes the best person you can have looking out for you. Cons: the roaches here get pretty rough during the fall.

What a beautiful walkway next to river. Really nice way to explore the waterfront of this very Pretty and dynamic city
