Lacks communication called to double check availability once she told me when theyll have one available I put my app in I wouldve thought I was supposed to receive an email about if I got approved or not .. nope had to call.. gave me the run around for about 2 1/2 monthswasted my time.. no communication skills youu wont receive a message from her without youu texting first. If youu dont text first youu will literally get no updates or anything waste of time and waste of my $50 !

I think that y'all should get that hardworking maintenve man an assistant do that stoves And wall sockets can be repaired..the folks that live there are ok with me rents too high

I wish I could give 0 stars. First I schedule a time to tour a unit. I arrive on time only to be told they have no units available to tour after I drove an hour to see it and I scheduled my appointment days in advance and was told it shouldnt have let you make an appointment. To further my frustrations Ive been waiting over a month to hear about my application status. At the time of my application there was no availability but since then Ive seen multiple units open up and currently there are two units available mid next month. Ive reached out to the property on multiple occasions only to never receive a response. This is super unprofessional and quite frankly annoying, do they even want to rent out the units? Ive never dealt with this level of unprofessionalism and poor communication from an apartment complex in my life.
