Very unorganized office management. I was sent back and forth between two managers for a week. Then, I had to come in office in person several times to finally get answers on my application process because no one was there the first two times during their business hours... Over a week later I'm still not getting an email response from the manager at this property.

The tour with Marcy was awesome! She knew all of the information & made it very comfortable to ask questions, which she answered swiftly with grace. As we continue our search for our future community, this complex left a really good impression for more consideration!

Walden Pond is great! The staff is really responsive and take accountability should there need be. I haven't had any issues living there with staff or neighbors. I love the efforts they make to keep the complex clean and safe for everyone that resides there.

I love living here! I have been here a month and it was exactly what I was looking for and at affordable prices for everything you get living here. Everyone in the office is nice and I feel so safe here. Its so quiet and peaceful definitely worth every penny! The application process is so simple and I love that everything is digital especially these days! Wish I would have found this place a long time ago but Im happy to be here now!
