Positives: gym is great. Maintenance and staff are super nice. Negatives: there are no doors between the rooms in each apartment. There are doors to the bathrooms and closets, but only one actually stays closed. There are a ton of issues with the building. Ceiling and window leaks every time it rains. Toilets are wobbly. Shower head not fully connected to wall. Faucet leaky. Mold grows everywhere. The rent is way too high for such a bad place.

Very spacious funky lofts at a reasonable price. Lofts are not for everyone: High ceilings and lots of open space will get your electric bill high if you are not careful. Lack of privacy because we have doors only on bathrooms and the front entrance may be an issue for some tenants. Not for me: I ADORE JML and highly recommend it. NOW THE EXCELLENT EXCITING NEWS: 1) New ownership ("TriBridge Residential") shows willingness to invest into the property for everyone's benefit. Things will get fixed, replaced, well maintain and this will be a fabulous place to live. I hope to remain in my beloved loft indefinitely. 2) New Property Manager, Ms. Savannah. Since day one after I met her, I felt like I can finally breathe - all the heavy dark "clouds", horrible energy instantly rescinded by arrival of this lovely, kind, sweet, friendly, smart, compassionate, caring and competent professional lady who will do everything in her power to keep tenants and her staff happy and satisfied. I don't have a clue how she does it, she just makes everything possible and easy - and most importantly: she makes everyone around her feeling good about themselves. A rare quality in a human being and the absolute best thing that ever happened to our community, JML. We could not get a better Property Manage! She hired two more wonderful workers, very classy, lovely, friendly and capable: Ms. Catherine along with our Shaneka, JML has a DREAM TEAM taking care of our community. We are in very, very good hands, new leadership changed everything and it is just going to get better as time goes by. 3) Maintenance crew is excellent: any time I had a problem and put in a ticket and the problem is solved promptly. Friendly, respectable, competent, excellent workers who truly care about wellbeing of every tenant in JML community. THANK YOU!!! Sincerely! Sam, 3-13-2019 UPDATE: I've been living here in Lofts at Riverwalk for about ten years and my experience keeps getting better, not worse. I still can't believe how well managed this property is. Ladies from the office could not be nicer and more helpful, especially the Manager, Ms. Savannah Cox. Chuck and Jacob from Maintenance team solve any problem in the "house" promptly, they really do a fantastic job. Some people complain about infestation. I don't have roaches, but I ask Pest Control to spray the loft a couple of times a year as a preventive measure. Most problems come from not-so-nice neighbors, be it not picking up after their dogs, disturbing the peace or going bonkers in many different ways. But they are not majority and I don't mean in Congress. Broken gates get fixed and then broken again. It is what it is. I am happy living here.

I lived at the Lofts for roughly 10 months before I had to PCS, and here is a list of pros and cons I came up with. Pros: - Amazing management team, I cannot say enough good things about these people. Always professional and understanding of any situation. - Awesome maintenance team, responded to all inquiries usually same day. I had several issues with my AC unit and they were quick to troubleshoot the problem, keeping me constantly updated. - If you like the gym, they have a very good facility, not your typical "apartment gym." Squat racks, Woodway style treadmills, normal treadmills, dumbbells, benches, pretty much anything you can think of. They also have a golfing simulator, yoga room, and punching bag room with relatively heavy bags. -The pool is awesome in the summer, a hangout spot for young adults, and a couple of built-in grills and seating with an overhang for having a BBQ. - The apartments where I was at are all very nice, I had giant windows and plenty of natural light. The layouts are mostly open concept which I enjoyed a lot, and was able to make the space my own. I understand this isn't across the board but I believe they are making price adjustments to some of their units. Cons: - The gates were occasionally broken but were usually fixed within a day or so. - Occasionally there would be some individuals at the pool who did not belong there, but the apartment complex had begun to take these instances very seriously by the time I left. Overall, I enjoyed my time living at the Lofts. It was a reasonable price ($1225), and I would highly recommend this apartment complex to any IBOLC or ABOLC students, if for nothing more than the social aspect. Again, I want to thank the awesome management and maintenance teams, you made living here an enjoyable experience.

Horrible experience living here the homeless community has essentially overthrown the apartment complex. Gates do not work ever walls are so thin you cant even watch TV in your apartment because someone is drowning it out with something on both sides of you save your money live somewhere else for a little extra. After reading reviews Im curious if Ill get a call in 5 years from a debt collector for some random charge I had no idea about. Walls had huge holes in them constantly letting water into my apartment. People move in and out the same week because their vehicles get broken into constantly. My first day living here 4 vehicles got broken into I shouldve taken it as a warning. The pool is basically a public pool for the community of Columbus its not even worth going to.

I drove in to town from two hours away to tour this property and Swiftmill. The tour was confirmed several times including the day of. It was raining but I did not want to cancel as I again had confirmed the appointment. The tour began at 2:30. At 1:36 pm I received a text and email stating the corporate policy is such as they do not give tours in the rain and if it is still raining at the time of your appointment we will need to reschedule. While that is fine, I expressed my frustration in the late communication less than an hour before the tour. Its highly inconsiderate and could have saved me a lot of time and resources. Might I suggest a more thorough communication of policy before hand on days in which you know the inclement weather will affect scheduled appointments to avoid frustrations like this in the future. I texted to confirm cancellation and called twice, I have still yet to receive communication from the office. So I left a message, with still yet no response. Very disappointed at the way it was handled.
