Tuesday morning I picked up a friend from this complex she told me She got approved on December 13
Paid her deposit December 28
Got the run around about moving in
Toured the unit loved it however its March and found out they cant find her deposit that she gave to the previous manager Shantel
This complex tell potential tenants to put there name on the money order but dont fill it out so they have the stub as well in case you change your mind
Im like run the cameras back but thats to much like right
If I was her I would file a complaint with the better business bureau
Times are hard and money is hard to come by
Glad I didnt get my apartment here I moved elsewhere
Tear them down if they not ripping people off the apartments flooding or burning up

I live here and their constantly cutting off the water without notice.. they take their sweet azz time fixing any issues.. as soon as we save up money we gone.. sick of this sorry place..

We just visited, this place should be deemed inhabitable. Horrible.
