        Main reason i got the apartment was the GATED COMMUNITY part. Gate was broke 1 week after i moved in. 7 months later ITS STILL BROKEN. They keep doing all of these things for the residents like pizza parties and hot cocoa and win a 75$ gift card yet they still have made no effort to fix this gate. Also was told trash pick up was included but they canceled that. Not an awful place to live. NOT WORTH THE PRICE OF THESE APARTMENTS. If you want a gated community like me GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I couldve saved a good 300$/a month and moved to wrightsboro rd for a non gated community with no trash pick up. Also your electric bill will be crazy bc the caulking around the walls and doors is absolutely awful and essentially non existent. Only positive thing ab this place is the workers thats wear the blue shirts. Im assuming maintenance? They are great employees, very kind and helpful. Save your money and rent with someone else. There is also rats in the roof so if youre getting a 3rd floor apartment goodluck.

        Love Love Love it here ! Perfect location , the appliances are all nice and up to date, the balcony and kitchen are my fav. Since Ive moved in maintenance has been super fast on all of my request. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the walls are thin !

        The apartments are great! Theyre pretty quiet, clean, in a convenient location. Maintenance orders are completed quickly and the guys are efficient at their job. The application process was a little less than desirable, but the ladies at the office are super accommodating and work to resolve any issues. Overall would highly recommend living here.
