        The ceilings are paper thin. I can hear my upstairs neighbor doing literally everything.

        Despite a bit of initial confusion during the move-in process, it wasnt enough to overshadow my decision to make this place my home. My overall experience has been exceptional! The atmosphere is tranquil, and all the residents I've encountered have been welcoming. A huge shoutout to both the office staff and the maintenance team for their outstanding service and professionalism!

        I cosigned for my son. I make 90k per year. They turned ME down because they want me to make 5x the rent per month and use a third party company to tack on 30-120% of the rent, charged PER MONTH to my son, instead of a security deposit (from me). None of this was discussed upfront and has been a colossal waste of time in preparing to ensure my son lives near campus.

        Oooommmgggg words cant describe how Amazing The Laney Apartments Are we have a 24 hour security guard plus we have officers who live on site lets not mention the maintenance team the coming to fix whatever needs fixing you dont have to wait at all for 2 and 3 days the grounds are clean the apartments are huge and up to date the appliances are giving LUXURY the whole COMPLEX IS GIVING LUXURY move in was breeze there front office team was so inviting and nice I could go on for days IM SO GLAD I MADE THE CHOICE TO MOVE OUT HERE also CAN WE SAY ITS QUIET I dont hear my neighbors talking through the walls there arent people hanging outside I LOVE IT OUT HERE
