Finally a great apt where I can call home. At first it was a challenged to get a response from them. Once I reached out the property manager, everything went smoothly. From apt tour, application up to making deals. The property manager was so considerate to accommodate my requests. Looking forward to move in soonest. Thank you

Do not move there! Mercedes acts like she wants to help, but she is one of the rudest people I've ever had to deal with! Our apartment had mold (see pictures), and literally took them a year and a half to decide to come and treat it properly. In addition, our truck got broken into twice while living there. For the price, I wouldn't recommend moving there.

If I could live here forever, I would. I love Mercedes and how much she loves her job! She treats the building like its her home & the residents like they are her family. Truly 100000/10!!!!

First and foremost, I would like to say that canalside is one of the best apartments in Augusta! I have a friend that lives there and I stay with her quite a lot and I can say that the staff there is AMAZING!!! They are so welcoming and kind. Mercedes the property manager makes me feel so welcomed! Lawrence, the maintenance man, as well! I love that they host many events so that their residents have the opportunity to meet and greet other residents. Its always so clean on the inside and outside of the apartment building! If you are considering becoming a resident here, I suggest that you go for it!
