The Pointe at Augusta Apartments

I dont even know what to say out this apartment. My air went out a week ago I spoke with somebody they brought me an air conditioner that didnt work ! House was hot ash ! Me and my daughter had to sit in my car to get air. They promised me twice theyll be here Monday 18th and its now Friday 22nd and I still didnt get my air fixed. I called the office twice on Monday ! The first time maintenance said he will come and dont know what time so later that day at 4:55 I called back just for them to tell me maintenance aint coming and they dont know when he will come. I was really planning on renewing my lease but I will not renew it ! I pay my bills how I suppose to ! They have no complaints on me whatsoever and they cant come fix my air. Not to mention my heat and air goes out EVERY MONTH ! EVERY MONTH FOR THE PAST 4 MONTHS AND ALL THEY KEEP SAYING IS .. its a wire .. WELL FIX IT IF YOU KNOW WHAT IT IS. & on top of that my apartment be smelling like its burning and when someone came out to check the closet in the hallway all he said was I dont see or smell anything but yet I smell it and my family smell it when they come over. Below is the pictures of how he put my air conditioner in and proceeded to say dont touch it, itll fall yeah of course because air conditioners shouldnt be placed inside of windows that slide left to right ! (The guy that brought the air conditioner isnt the actually maintenance guy, he just did what he was told but this complaint is towards the whole office as a whole)

I got much to say before I moved I made numerous complaints about the tenants that stayed above me. They had daughter(s) that always ran through the house sun up to sun down late nights always dropping stuff etc. It didn't matter what it was if it made noise you can hear it. We even went to talk to the tenants twice. I use to call to speak to management they never called back so once I called back a second time a young lady was like Crystal said it's nothing they can do before hours. I'll have to call the police at 10 if it's keep going on. Also they was like we can try to talk to them like that was going to be helpful so not. I even ask to be moved the young lady was like we don't know about that. So I was like can I break my lease? She replied that's something you'll have to talk to management about. The day I do decide to call the police it didn't go the way I expected it. My man get lock up an the tenants above us moved tried to make it seem like we were the problem. All along it was them if they could have discipline they kids better.

Hot water wasnt working. Took them nearly a month to address the problem.

Mrs.April made my move in process super easy being that I was coming from a different state. She was so nice and respectful. She help me with everything even answer all my question.
