Annaberg Apartments

Lived here 2.5 years and it was awful. Old management new management. Couldnt get out fast enough. There isnt even an office at the complex. No amenities. Rent increased was so great with nothing to go with it. The turn coming out is no joke either you have to gun it with the sharp curve. Nothing for kids to do either not really a family complex.

If you are looking for a place where maintenance is superb this is not the place. I havent had hot water in my apartment for over a week now. I reported this issue Wednesday 8-7-19 and here it is 8-17-19 and problem still here and havent had someone in my apt since the 7th. I called maintenance emergency line bc its just getting out hand and its a big inconvience ( cant wash clothes , use dishwasher/wash dishes, cant even take a hot shower!). They tell me not having HOT WATER is NOT an emergency !! and to wait til Monday business hours to call again and make the same complaint about my hot water that they have already neglected to fix. I will not be renewing my lease agreement.

Almost 4 years ago I was relocated to the Augusta area. While searching for a place Annaberg was the only place that felt like home. Here I am 4 years later still here. Management is awesome and the same for my neighbors.
