Aaron, who was clearly demoted from maintenance to secretary needs an ethics class. He CLEARLY has NO home training or guidance from a decent set of parents. What makes one comfortable to speak negatively about someone elses spouse??? That is so disrespectful. Then again, he may not have a good example of marriage that he can learn from. Either way, please just answer the phones and collect money dude, apparently your work was piss poor as well.

Very unprofessional and will have you rent a house knowing you wont have a stable place for longer than a year will not fix anything will lie and take your money raise rent loves to threaten you to get evicted for everything. Would never use them as a rental property all staff is very rude except Landrum he tries but its only so much he can do. If they had zero stars thats exactly what they would have.

In November, Mom was faced with an unexpected sudden move due to the rental she resided in for 20 years being forced to sell because of a probate (will) situation.. From the time we started this process with this company, they have been nothing but kind, courteous & professional. They absolutely have been a Godsend thus far.

APPM managed one of my properties for 3 years. being in the military you hope you would have confidence in a company youve hired to properly take care of your property. They never did any checkups on my home and when they did they never found anything wrong and would charge $200 for inspection fee. Meanwhile my neighbors would tell me what was going on with my property had a tenant back into and damage the garage door but APPM didnt notice any damage during their inspection. Not to mention payments are never sent on time or are even lost. Theyve lost checks sent by the tenants. I had gone 2 straight months without a payment, had to call every single day sometimes more that twice a day to ensure they were looking for my payment. If you are looking for a company to manage your property look somewhere else.
