        Call multiple times no answer. Come to the office its not busy so Im confused on why the phone cant be answered then things break easily without even touching the items like they temporarily fixed it until they got someone to move in. The water heater keep leaking and we had to us up our towels to get the water up and now have to replace our towels because of this on going problems.

        The young man was one hour late for the appointment. When I mentioned that I had an appointment he didn't apologize or even acknowledge that he was an hour late. It was very rude and not a good way to treat a potential tenant.

        In May I will have lived here for four years. I love my loft. I also like that the property is kept very clean. I have no plans to move anytime soon. I love the location because its right across the street from the interstate. Its also quiet and peaceful here.
