Midtown Apartment Living

This apartment complex gave me many problems upon arrival. Walls were thin, lots of bugs, dogs constantly barking. At one point my the pipes busted from upstairs and water was pouring into my apartment hard. Electric bill is sky high because of the AC unit ($200 a month at one point), mechanics just would say its because the buildings are old. I just stopped using my AC all together, which was HELL. They also promised me internet connection but there was none in my apartment so I had to pay $100 to have it installed myself. I emailed them to tell them that was unfair and to request reimbursement for the $100. But of course, they didn't pay back. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.

Wow! These apartments have come a long way! I hear there are new owners and new property managers and you can definitely tell a difference! Gorgeous new remodeling on the apartments and they are REALLY good sizes! The resident experience person Bryan is awesome to work with! Highly recommend!

If i could give this place a zero i would. I dont even know how these apartments are still standing. Every other week its something wrong. My ac has constantly gone out since Ive moved here in May. Cant wait until my lease is up so i can find better living. This is unacceptable. 80 degrees in my apartment and they just continue to send the same two ac repairmen that do NOTHING!!!!

I love the new management! The redo of the apartments is really nice. Everything is clean and fixed up and maintenance is always there now. Such a great change from before!
