Ballantyne Commons of Augusta makes sense. What I mean by that is, they make everything easy to call the community home. From move in to move out, everything is seamless. Sarah and her staff do an excellent job of outlining all of the requirements and they are very flexible with anything that may occur. Additionally, the community is prompt with repairs and the community is extremely quiet. I enjoyed living here. THANK YOU Ballantyne Commons of Augusta.

Lived here for a year and absolutely LOVED it! The women in the front office are amazing and so are the maintenance team. Literally if we werent in the market for a home we wouldve renewed our leased. If youre looking for a nice, quiet, safe place then look no further!

I moved in within the last 3 weeks. I love the fact this is a dog friendly location. There is an area for dogs to run off leash. Neighborhood is quite and friendly. Office staff are very nice and professional. They are so helpful when I come in with a concern. Maintenance requests are completed within a 24 hr. Time frame. I would definitely suggest this locate to friends.

My husband , toddler and I moved here from California and were relieved to find Ballantyne Commons! We werent able to physically tour the chestnut floor plan before we moved in but the photos and virtual tour on the website helped us with that. Sarah helped us so much and made the whole application process stress free. Sarah and Diane are great at communicating and the technicians are amazing and really care. Loved the gym there. The pool area is awesome with some bbq grills out there. Loved that there was a playground there for my toddler. The carport to vacuum/wash our car was really nice.Weve never had a pest problem at all which was a major thing for us! Only thing that really bothered us was some residents speeding inside the community but overall we loved the place and the area!

This complex was much better when it was Brigham Woods under a different management. For Augusta, location is good. Curb appeal is really nice. The front office ladies can be friendly, but if you have an issue sometimes you get the not so nice. They're very inconsistent on how they treat people. I believe it's also an Augusta problem when I say this, but MOLD is a major issue and roaches. I really wish I had complained and looked into the mold that was in our apartment. I just wanted to get the heck out of there. Small kitchens. NO pantry. It's a can closet. Not enough parking. Gym is ok. They replaced equipment, but with cheaper stuff. You're always waiting for the pool to open up it's alwasys delayed for months. They replaced the lounge chairs, but with cheaper ones. Of coarse. We had a golf ball hit our window and it took 6 months to get that window fixed. I know that we had times where we didn't get the air filters changed when they needed to be. My husband worked nights and I was home with kids and home schooled. I would request if they could please come later. They didn't care they wanted to stick to their schedule whether it was an inconvenience to you or not. I was the first apartment they would come to even before 8 AM!! The mantaince guy would start knocking on doors at 7:56 in the morning. He'd rush through a few buildings. And then be done for the day.. or on to other "tasks". Each day they just do a couple buildings first thing in the morning until they complete all of them. It wouldn't be hard to write down my apartment number and just do mine last..... I left one time when mantaince came and and came back about an hour later and he was driving his golf cart down the road like he just had gone from the Hotspot gas station to get something. So I witnessed the fact that they could work around you if you had a special request. We also had to pay our last month which was half of a month with a check or money order. My husband went to the office and the woman working there wasn't sure of the exact amount. The other woman who knew wasn't there. He said okay well I will come back tomorrow and she said well if you do it's going to be late you'll have a $100 late fee. Even though she didn't know the exact amount to write the check for. He emailed the other woman and came back paid it and they went ahead and charged the $100 late feet anyway. Not only that we got the bill with other charges which looked like it included utilities for an entire month not prorated to a 1/2 of a month. That bill was forwarded to us and before we could look into it they sent to collections. Within 14 days possibly...within 10 days of sending that bill!!! It was already sent to collections! I'm absolutely APPALLED. We always paid our rent on time for 2 years. Well.. Except one time. There's usually a few days grace period. When they changed corporations during the time we were there my husband was late by 1 day because the grace period changed. They charged us a $100 late fee for the 1 day. No exceptions. Just disgusting. No customer service. They just don't care. Overpriced...like almost everything...But, I would definitely recommend finding some other place in Evans or Grove town instead. ... Also there were lots of vehicles getting their windows broken around the time we were moving out. They also threaten to tow your vehicle if your plates expired but didn't do anything about cars that sat there and didn't move for 6-12 months at a time. Super awesome to have had a couple of neighbors that looked like they had cars that possibly weren't even drivable to just sit there in the front row. So when it gets super full which is a LOT you're parking 2-4 buildings away and carrying in groceries and kids and car seats..etc. Rain or shine.
