My stay at Sage creek was for the most part a good one. Moved there in 2019 just moved out in 23.. the staff there was awesome Kristina, Kristy and Josh were awesome and really good ppl who did everything they could to resolve issues whenever I had them and very professional. Overall the majority of my neighbors there were good people too I got along with almost every neighbor that ever lived in my building throughout my stay there. The units themselves were a really nice upgrade for me and my family!!! I personally enjoyed my stay there again the staff there will take good care of you!!

We made an appointment to tour at 5 and nobody was there (office hours say 5:30 so they just went home early and never answered/called back ).
Big red flag that the only people to contact for maintenance and other issues leave at 4 and dont respond. Wont be renting here

Do yourself a favor, dont live here. The property manager is very unprofessional. The place is constantly covered in trash. If you forget to lock your car one time, you can count on it getting ransacked. Anybody can easily come & go. They leave the door to the gate open at all times for school children, but they can at least lock it at night. The pool was closed the entire time I lived there and rent remained the same. Meanwhile, my new apartments pool has been open for months. You can find much better quality of living for the money than this dump.

Lived here at 1315 Marks Church for quite some time from 2020-2021. The actual living space is nice, but it doesnt matter if the walls are paper thin and you lose sleep over it. The cars are loud and obnoxious, people speed over the speed bumps in the actual community, smoking ash falls down from floors above, there is garbage and dog waste left around, and not to mention, theft. One issue is the water. Make sure if you decide to move in that you install filters on your shower heads, and sink tap because it is infested with iron oxidizing bacteria which turns everything pink. Its also an indicator that the water is quite hard. Its apparently a gated community, but whats the point of the gates dont work half the time. The front pedestrian gate is also busted.

I would give this place a solid 4 stars. We just moved to Augusta on Dec 1st and noticed a lot of apartments were out dated or just didnt look very well kept. For the price you pay here, its very well worth it when you compare to other places. I would 100% recommend living here over any where else if you're on a 1000-1300 budget because the value is here. The leasing staff are incredible friendly and productive (I did have a issue when moving in because they weren't answer the phone but was able to get a hold of someone after calling a few different times through out the day.)
Below are some pros and cons that you might see from other reviewers.
Pros:
-Great price.
-Gated.
-Dog friendly (cheap fee too).
-Good leasing staff and fast maintenance.
-modern appliances and counter tops.
-Amazing location (mall is across the street, several grocery stores, downtown is 15-20 mins away and right off i520 highway)
-pool and fitness center.
-friendly neighbors and no signs of stealing or crime.
cons:
-walls are kinda thin. Sometimes i can hear conversations or people coughing upstairs from my living room but my neighbors are aware and we all respect each other, so its never been an issue.
-The dog park isnt really well kept. Lots of dog poop and holes. If not maintained, it could serve more as a tennis court or small park.
-I've seen a few roaches since we moved in but hasnt been an issue if you clean well and use roach baits. I wouldnt consider this place infested like other aparments in Augusta.
-the apartment hall floors, walls and stairs need some pressure washing cleaning.
