        OMG. Reece was amazing and more. I was so nervous about the whole application process due to me having no rental history. I explained to him my situation and what I was looking for he pointed me in the right direction!!!! I'm super excited to be getting ready to be apart of the ATC family. I'm sure my kids will love it there and were traveling all the way from Florida. Can't wait to meet you Reece. Speaking to him on the phone he has a Warm spirit, easy going very detailed and the application process was simple as ever!!! I love it ALREADY!!!

        Sanctuary Townhomes are very spacious and clean. The Staff, Brittany, Charlene, and Joe are very helpful and very friendly. The Maintenance team react fast to our maintenance request and are very friendly.

        Although I am not a current or previous tenant at The Townhomes at Sanctuary I have been living in the ATC community for over a year now. While looking for options I ended up speaking with the wonderful Charlene. Not only was Charlene sweet, professional, honest and knowledgeable she went out of her to try and help me find a new home for myself. She even followed up with me like she said she would. She is truly a gem and I just want to let everyone know that the customer service there is amazing!!! Keep up the fantastic job Charlene and thank you again for all your help! 

        Fantastic office staff and community! They are super helpful and assist with any needs you may have during your time living in the community. The community is very safe and affordable and I couldn't imagine any place better for me and my fur baby, Zeke! 100% recommend Sanctuary Townhomes!

        The Maintenance team has been SO helpful. I feel like every couple of weeks they’re having to come and fix something one out of three of my toddlers have broken. They never complain and always wave when they see me! (because we know each other well by now😂) I don’t know what I’d do if they didn’t come running to my rescue! Thanks guys!
