HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION why would yall schedule walkthroughs if yall are going to literally have a lady inside the office ignoring people that are knocking at the door. Trash men had to tell us they were closed. It didnt say that ANYWHERE

I've Been living at Westbury Creek for almost 7 years and hope to stay another 7 years. I was lucky enough to relocate here from another property in Florida that is owned by the same company. Westbury Creek is in a great location off of Washington Road and 3-5 minutes from I-20. The community is close to town, but off the main roads so you feel like you're living out in the country with wooded areas surrounding the apartment buildings. It is quiet at night and very little through traffic, which makes it safe for kids to play. The maintenance support is fantastic and they normally respond to any maintenance emergencies within a few minutes and never more than a couple hours. In 7 years, I have not had a single incident with noise, theft, loitering or any of the other issues you might have in an apartment community. Restaurants, shopping and entertainment are just minutes away. Lease renewal and rent payment is easy and convenient and done completely online through the resident portal. Property management team is very responsive and resident safety and security is a high priority.
