I went to the Lenox Mall location around 5:00 pm on today. I purchased two cupcakes. The young lady helping me turned them over in the bag. The cupcakes were upside down with the icing was stuck to the top of the plastic tray. When she pulled them out the bag she said the icing is a little messed up on one; however, I’m looking at it too and both are messed up with the icing stuck to top of the box. I asked if she would mind giving me fixing me another set, and she said actually she did. My husband and I looked at each other in disbelief...she flipped them over and had a problem with fixing a fresh set. She tossed the cupcakes in the trash and made a new set. Needless to say there was no thank you or come again at the end of the exchange. My husband had already paid for it and we had stood in line for them. I usually just ask for my money back if the customer service is horrible. This was my first time trying CamiCakes and first impressions go a long way. We will not be returning. The cupcakes were tasty, but the rude customer service outweighed them.
