Piece of Cake Inc.

This location is a shame to the Piece of Cake name. Is it independently owned or is the franchise dropping the ball?? I purchased 2 slices. Both were dry; I mean old dry. They should be ashamed of selling these old cakes. I will never visit this location again, and it's sad because it's in my neighborhood. It's so sad that I have to go to other parts of the city to find quality.

Went and picked up 12 cupcakes today get home and theyre dry. I shouldve stuck with the reviews that I read about and not went there. I rather went to Krogers, or Walmart. I will never go back again. $39 is too much for some hard cupcakes

Worst customer service ever!!! They never call to remind you to pick your cake up, before they discard it! Will never buy anything from this company again!!!

I came in for two strawberry slices and a regular pound cake slice. Every slice was sooo dry they just crumbled, they had a sticker that said best by 1/15 when I came in on 1/13. Cake had flavor but almost choked trying to eat it. I dont know if they still have their replacement policy but I live too far to go back. Looking at the reviews they really need a new baker.
