Piece of Cake Inc.

First visit was wonderful; however, the quality has not been consistent. On two separate occasions I have purchased a cake labeled as something that it was not. More recently my two slices of white chocolate tasted like regular cake and the establishment smelled of marijuana. Please train your staff to ensure all cakes are labeled correctly, fresh, and up to par. Also professionalism is very important. The store should not smell of weed. Many people detest this smell, myself included.

I came to the store at 6:50 and the employee refused to open the door because he was mopping even though other customers were outside. I never experienced nothing like this at Nothin Bundt cake. Don't come here, just go to another "Piece of cake".

There was a lady there that refused to give her name, smoking front of the building and on her cell phone. She went in on her cell phone and refused to get off. Smacking her lips (dos i mention an OLD LADY?! SMH! She was rude and combative. The reviews are talking about her behavior. She refused to give her name said they need her and they are not going to do anything about her behavior. From the other complaints it seems that way. HORRIBLE! Im going to Cami Cakes! Tuh!

Wow this place seems to have a lot of problems, including their slow, rude and lazy staff. Just went in to get a piece for my man 2 people standing at counter, one working (if you call it that) more like smacking on her apple, the other doing nothing. Stood there too long for one piece of cake. Rude staff, lazy staff is what keeps your ratings low. Ill never be back. Hope this cake is better than the company
