Southwood Vista

I have lived over here for 5 to 6 years now and I have no complaints. The neighbors stay to themselves, the leasing agents (torri and paul) are fast, reliable, and easy going, the community is always kept nice and parking is never an issue. The only downside is that the gate keeps breaking or someone keeps breaking the gate. Other than that I feel this is a community where you can start or raise a family.

Brittany mason is nothing short of amazing her customer service her bubbly demeanor everything was great, she took me on a tour overall the apt was a 9.5 loved everything about it Ill definitely be moving here

I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with Southwood Vista Apartment Property Management. Brittany was friendly and helpful Anytime I had any concerns I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing/removing furniture, or servicing the plumbing and electricity Southwood apartments responded quickly and thoroughly ensuring that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting from Southwood Vista Apartments for the remainder of my year and I strongly recommend their property to all of the incoming renters looking for housing. In some ways, your property management company can make or break your living experience and with Brittany as the property manager I couldnt be happier!
